Summer Camp Links
Summer Youth and Adult Registration!
How to register
for Summer Youth and Adult Programs
at Crossways:
**Only
a parent or guardian may
register youth for summer
camping sessions.
**Online registration is only
available for YOUTH Camping
sessions
(not available for Family
Camping Sessions).
You must have the following
things ready for Online
Registration.
Camper information ie.
birthdate, grade, mailing
address, buddies
Requested Site, Week and
Program the camper is
attending
Credit Card Information
(including the info on the
back of your card) for
deposit or full payment
Proceed to the Online
Registration site and login
with your e-mail and
password or “Create an
account” if you are a new
user. If you are unable to
use our Online Registration
site, you may Print a
Registration Form using the
button on the right.
Camper Information: For
each camper you are
registering, enter Camper
Information in the
appropriate spaces.
Desired Camp Choices:
When you are selecting a
program for your child, it
is best to first search for
the “Program” they are
interested in and the “Site”
they would like to go to and
then select the week
preferred from the list that
is generated from the
search. Click “Choose” on
the right and it will bring
you back to the Camper
Information Page.
Financial Information:
A minimum $100
non-refundable deposit is
required with each
registration. You may pay
the full fee for the camping
session if you wish. We
will apply applicable early
registration discounts when
we process the registration.
You may add money onto the
campers Camp Store
(“Canteen” or “Tuck Shop”)
Account. Money in your Camp
Store account is used by the
camper for snacks,
incidentals, t-shirts and
other items during the camp
week. Most campers deposit
$25-45 for 5-day camps and
$10-15 for 3-day camps.
Unused funds are returned to
the camper at the end of
camp.
You will be able to add
more campers and also review
and edit the information
before you submit the
campers for registration.
After we receive your
registration(s), you will
process them and send you an
e-mail confirmation. This
will include a Summer Camper
Checklist. Each camper
registered online will also
receive a Summer Camp
Newsletter via email in May.
All unpaid balances are due
by June 1st, 2008. You may
pay any remaining balances
with check or Credit Card by
mail or call us with Credit
Card Info.
Online registration is
NOT
available
for family camp programs due to system limitations. Questions or problems, please contact
