Fall-Winter-Spring Registration!
How to register
for seasonal Youth and Adult Retreats at Crossways
**Only a parent or guardian may register
youth for retreat sessions.
**Church leaders may block
out guaranteed spaces by calling our Appleton Office
at 920-882-0023
**Online registration is only available
for YOUTH or ADULT ONLY programs (not
available for Family Weekends, Father &
Son, Mother & Daughter, First Communion, or GrandparentKID
programs).
You
must have the following things ready
for Online Registration.
Camper information ie. birthdate,
grade, mailing address, buddies
Requested Site, Week and Program
the camper is attending
Credit Card Information for
full payment
Proceed to the Online Registration
site using the link to the RIGHT and login with your e-mail and
password or “Create an account” if
you are a new user.
Note! This link will open a new
window.
If you are unable to use our Online
Registration site, you may print a
Registration Form using the
Registration Form Link in the right
hand column.
This form will be need to be mailed
or faxed into our Appleton Office to
complete registration.
Camper Information:
For each camper you are registering,
enter Camper Information in the
appropriate spaces.
Desired Camp Choices: When
you are selecting a program for your
child, it is best to first search
for the “Program” they are
interested in and the “Site” they
would like to go to and then select
the week preferred from the list
that is generated from the search.
Click “Choose” on the right and it
will bring you back to the Camper
Information Page.
Financial Information:
The full camp fee
is required with each registration.
You
will be able to add more campers and
also review and edit the information
before you submit the campers for
registration. After we receive your
registration(s), you will process
them and send you an e-mail
confirmation. This will also include a
map to camp, youth health form, and
directions on what to bring..
Online registration is
NOT
available
for family programs (retreats which include both youth and adults) due to system limitations.
