6 Steps to Booking Retreat or Conference Space at Crossways

  1. Decide on the size of your group. You will be asked to guarantee a certain number attending your event.
  2. Decide on a date and an alternate date. Our retreat centers book one year in advance, and some dates fill very quickly.
  3. Decide on what assistance you might need with your program. Crossways camp staff are happy to lead portions of your retreat, such as a campfire songfest, worship, games, mixers, or get-to-know-you activities.

    They can also work with you to plan and lead your whole event if needed (however, there is an additional cost in this case, so contact the Crossways office for details.) 
  4. Explore the facilities available to your size of group on the individual Camp links above to better understand what is available at the three camps of Crossways. Driving a few extra miles to another camp might just be worth it in the long run if that camp fits your needs better.
  5. Contact our registrar at the Crossways office in Appleton for availability and to set up your event. She can help you with questions you may have on any of the retreat facilities at Imago Dei Village, Pine Lake Camp, or Waypost on Mission Lake, or make suggestions that will help you in your planning process.

Fees:

Pricing varies for youth, adult, and non-association groups, so please contact our Appleton office for specifics.
Other rates apply for congregational Family Weekends. We serve not for profit groups and agencies only. We do not rent to individuals.

Two nights lodging $35-$60
One night lodging $24-$48
Breakfast: $5.50/person
Lunch $6.50/person
Dinner $8.50/person
Sunday Brunch $7.50/person
Day Visitors $10-$13 +meals
Minimum fees apply for certain units Deposits are not refundable under most conditions
