Cheryl tickles the funny bones
and tugs at the heart strings of audiences
nation-wide through her Ripples of Encouragement
Workshops. In “Jelly Side Down and Sunny Side
Up”, participants will be encouraged to gain
perspective instead of losing their minds.
Ms. Kirking offers practical
stress-management techniques, blended with
humorous parodies which poke fun at everyday
nuisances, like her crowd-pleasing song,
Desserts is Stressed spelled Backwards. The
Proverb says, “A cheerful heart is good
medicine.” Cheryl encourages listeners to
celebrate life! |

meet some of those who, like you, deal with the stresses,
the expectations and demands of just about everyone, the
confidentiality of information with which you come into
con-tact, the complaints, the things you’re supposed to know
that no one tells you, etc.

Housing (Evergreen
Lodge is now FULL!)
Be one of the
first to register, and stay in the adult retreat center at
Pine Lake! The first 15 registrations received will be
housed in the new Evergreen Lodge at no additional cost!
Evergreen lodge has single, double or triple occupancy.
Others will be housed in Juniper Lodge, Sequoia, and new
cabins (3-5 people per room). ALL rooms have an attached
restroom with shower.
